Maspalomas Dunes Photoshoot — Important Information About Protected Areas

Please note that some protected areas of the Maspalomas Dunes are currently closed to visitors in order to preserve this unique natural environment.

This does not affect the quality of your photoshoot. I know several beautiful locations around the dunes where we can still create stunning images with the iconic sand dunes as a breathtaking backdrop, while fully respecting the protected areas and local regulations.

As a local photographer, I always choose the best accessible locations based on the current conditions, lighting, and time of day to ensure you receive beautiful, natural photographs.

Respecting This Unique Natural Area

The Maspalomas Dunes are one of Gran Canaria’s most precious natural treasures. During every photoshoot, we help protect this special place by following a few simple principles:

• We stay on permitted paths and accessible areas.
• We never leave rubbish behind.
• We never remove or damage plants, stones, shells, sand, or any other natural elements.
• We respect the local wildlife and protected habitats.
• We leave the dunes exactly as we found them, so future visitors can enjoy their beauty too.
